What’s your return policy?

  • Store Credit or Exchange ONLY on product returns (no cash back or putting money back on credit card)
  • Receipt is required for returns
  • No returns after 30 days of purchase
  • WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS BASED ON POLICY ABUSE.

Do you ship?

  • Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere in the continental U.S. We cannot ship to PO boxes. Call our Promenade Park location at 540-989-5109 to make your order. We charge a flat $5.00 UPS shipping fee.

Do you offer Gift Certficates?

  • Yes, all of our locations offer Gift Certificates! They make great stocking stuffers and birthday gifts!
